The MadIX graphs are pretty easily done with some publicly available
tools and simple interface stats.
Check out network-weathermap:
http://www.network-weathermap.com/
There is a plugin for cacti that allow you to pull in RRD data for use
in the weathermap.
Also, it's pretty trivial to add DS values from mutiple RRD files, to
create an aggregate graph of the total in/out bits on the switching
fabric.
