I know there is a fiber cut up near Brainerd, the two
events are probably related since much of CNS probably
feeds through there... but the bouncing is odd if it's
a plain-old cut.

We've been close to 1.8 or 1.9 Gbps for the past few
weeks so I'm reasonably sure about the 2 Gbps level
last Thursday. Today's numbers are likely bogus because
of the CNS issue.
