We were making some scheduled changes this morning between 04:00 and
08:00, this caused the TCAM to blow on our router connected to MICE. We
were partially recovered by about 12:30. However, we didn't get our
MICE connectivity fixed until after rebooting that router, at about
15:00. We had a P1 case open with Cisco, and wanted them to pull as much
info out of it before rebooting it.
I know some of you probably got trouble tickets from this, we're sorry.
And we'll try not to make the same mistakes again, but I can't promise
we won't make new mistakes. ;)
