On 1/24/13 at 16:22 CST, we had something trigger spanning-tree
recompuation on the networks that our DNS servers are on, as well as
other internal servers.
This primarily caused some DNS name lookup failures for customers
for a few minutes until the network spanning-tree issues died down.
We'll continue to investigate for a root cause for this and monitor
for any other fallout from this problem.
If you have any problems or questions please let us know at

Thank you.
