Yes, from some indications it seems it maybe at locations jumping from their 10GE to 100GE routes, but I have not completely confirmed that yet.  Here are 3 traceroutes taken from 3 (of many) remote monitoring locations this morning inbound to our servers at IPHouse which has direct upstream to HE.net along with MICE of course. This is after http connection failures triggered a root cause analysis:
