This is AS3128, I gather (from the IPv6 address). That checks out in WHOIS.

I updated the website:

I linked to www.wisc.edu as their website, since uwsys.net doesn't speak
HTTP. I listed it as "University of Wisconsin-Madison", since that's
what their website uses for a name. If they want "UW-Madison", I can
change it.
