Minneapolis Internet Service Provider ipHouse Acquires
Pro-NS/Professional Network Services

MINNEAPOLIS, MN, May 03, 2005 -- ipHouse, the Minneapolis-based
Internet Service Provider, announced today that it has acquired
another Internet Service Provider -- Pro-NS/Professional Network
Services. The acquisition of Pro-NS/Professional Network Services
continues the expansion ipHouse began when it acquired GoldenGate
Internet and Bitstream Underground last September.

Professional Network Services/Pro-NS, headquartered at 1313 Fifth
Street, S.E. in Minneapolis, brings to ipHouse more than 2,500 new
dial-up, T1 and DSL customers. Bil MacLeslie, chief executive officer
of ipHouse, confirmed that customers of Pro-NS will benefit from an
enhanced array of connectivity services and new Internet products from
ipHouse -- including ipHouse's secure collocation and Web hosting
services.

"Professional Network Services is a highly-regarded, locally-owned
ISP, whose focus on customer service complements ipHouse's own
attitude toward what a customer's Internet experience should be," says
MacLeslie. "We're delighted to keep this local Internet company
local. And we're pleased that Pro-NS customers will become part of
the ipHouse family, enjoying the reliability, stability and insane
levels of fawning customer service that ipHouse is known for."

"The bottom line is that by consolidating Professional Network
Services' resources with ipHouse, we can provide better services to
all of our customers," says Michael Hastings, CEO of Professional
Network Services. "ipHouse offers the same customer support
philosophy that we have subscribed to at Pro-NS -- providing knock
your socks off service," Hastings noted that ipHouse will also take
over Pro-NS' role as the high-speed Ethernet connectivity provider to
dozens of businesses located at the three-story University Technology
Center (UTEC) building in Dinkytown.

Founded in September 2004, ipHouse acquired two other Twin Cities ISPs
-- GoldenGate Internet and Bistream Underground -- last year. ipHouse
offers Twin Cities homes and businesses dial-up, DSL and other
high-speed Internet connectivity, along with colocation, Web hosting
and other technology services from its data center/headquarters at 331
Second Avenue, S. in downtown Minneapolis.
