Recap:
At 1:19PM, our OC12c to qwest.net went down.
A ticket is open with qwest.net already, they are saying they
aren't receiving any light from us.
As of 5:17PM, the Oc12c to qwest.net is back online.
I do not have a full reason for outage as of yet, but when I do, I'll
post it to the mailing list and our internal newsgroups.
Again, I apologize for the outages we had to endure today.
