At of ~11:00AM, IPs within 209.240.64.0-209.240.95.0 stopped routing
on the global Internet. This resolved itself at 11:44am.
At 12:01PM, again, this netblock disappeared from the global Internet
routing tables, and returned at 12:10PM.
As before, there is not anything amiss with our routers, and our other
netblocks are not seeing this issue at all, it is specific to the
block listed above.
I am investigating.
