As of ~11:00AM, IPs within 209.240.64.0-209.240.95.0 stopped routing
on the global Internet.
Our OC12c connections are fine and are not down, nor have they gone
down in recent history.
This is being worked on right now but we do not have an estimated time
to repair as of yet.
