At ~11:00AM, IPs within 209.240.64.0-209.240.95.0 stopped routing
on the global Internet for an unknown reason.

As of 11:44am, the IPs listed above are routing again on the global
Internet as if nothing happened.

I do not have a reason for the outage.

Our connectivity was up and operational.

Our routing processes were connected and sending routes to both
MCI/UUNEt and Qwest for our 2 OC12c connections.

Only the block listed above was affected, and all routing has returned
to normal as of 11:44am.

During this timeframe, nothing was changed on the ipHouse side dealing
with the configuration of the routers.
