This morning, I had to reboot one of the 2 legacy Pro-ns routers that
handles DSL.

It has run out of memory and packets were not routing correctly.

This outage lasted ~6 minutes.

Next week, these routers are being decommissioned and all Pro-ns
customers will be moved over to the ipHouse DSL routers.

Support can be reached Monday thru Friday from 8:00am until 8:00pm,
