This morning, at 2:33am, the router that handles our Qwest OC12c
rebooted unexpectedly, as it had done on August 2nd, 2005.

The router reported:  Router rebooted. Cause unknown....

That is not helpful whatsoever.

An emergency code update will be done to this router that could
potentially help us determine what the problem is (or was).

This will cause another outage this morning.

Support can be reached Monday thru Friday from 8:00am until 8:00pm,
