Conflicting reports now from MCI/UUNET - another tech does not confirm
the power issue.
Someone is onsite right now working with MCI/UUNET to resolve this
issue.
At this time, our SONET link (the physical layer) is up from what we
can see but the new tech says that it looks like something is wrong
with our fiber connections.
If there was a problem with our fiber, we would not see the physical
layer as up, though.
This is very weird, but we are working on it and another update will
be sent once we know more.
