As of Friday, November 10th, 2006, access to the ipHouse datacenter
lobby located on the third floor will be further restricted.
Previously, colocation customers have only needed to use their
building access swipe card after-hours to gain access to the third
floor elevator lobby. Beginning on Friday, November 10th, 2006 you
will need to use your swipe card to gain access to the third floor
elevator lobby at all times.
We anticipate the impact to be minimal as most colocation customers
keep their swipe card and data center proximity cards together.
As a reminder: ipHouse does not allow sharing of access cards. If you
have a new employee or consultant that needs access, please contact
[log in to unmask] to obtain an access card request form.
If either card is ever lost, damaged, or stolen, please notify us via
[log in to unmask] as soon as possible so that we may arrange for a
replacement.
