As announced on December 13th, 2006, we were changing our qwest.net
connectivity from an OC12c to a gigabit ethernet connection.
This cutover started at 6:58PM and was complete at 7:15PM.
We did not encounter any downtime during this cutover as the new link
was brought online before the old link was taken down.
