Nick got to the office and verified connectivity to the terminal
server and it needed to be power cycled.

Logs show that it tried to reboot itself, but didn't have enough
logging to know why it tried to reboot.

This self-reboot failed and the power cycle brought the unit back up
and it is already taking calls and passing traffic.

I am sorry that this occured, and a big thank you to Nick for taking
time away from his family to head into the equipment room to do the
physical check of the hardware.  THANK YOU NICK!
