A DS3 we use for termination of T1s into c7200-1.bdr.mpls went offline
at 12:22PM CST March 10th, 2006 and recovered at 12:26PM CST.

We are opening a ticket with Qwest to find out the reason for this
outage.

Support can be reached Monday thru Friday from 8:00am until 8:00pm,
