I forgot to send out the update last night, I am sorry about that.
Everything is resolved.
The terminal server had locked up and was not responsive at all - this
is very odd for a piece of gear like this.
I powercycled the terminal server and the system came back online and
was taking calls almost immediately.
Support can be reached Monday thru Friday from 8:00am until 8:00pm,
