Approximately 7 minutes ago, part of the managed colocation network
went down.

Someone is looking into it right now.  The uplink router is showing
that the ethernet interface is down pointing to a problem with
physical connectivity or the aggregation switch/router in front of
part of managed colocation.

I don't have an ETR yet, but as I said, someone is looking into it
now and I'll send another message as soon as I have more information.
