On Tuesday morning, October 30th, 2007, starting at 10:00am, we will
be moving approximately 30% of our DSL customers from the 2 DS3s we
have now onto a new DS3 we have had installed (and tested).

We will *not* be moving everyone, but rather spreading the load onto a
new DS3.

During this time-frame, starting after 10:00am, a customer DSL profile
will be moved from one DS3 onto this new DS3, causing a reset of the
DSL line itself.

The DSL modem you are using should reconnect automatically, but if it
does not, please try rebooting your DSL modem before you call into
support just to be sure.

This will be affecting approximately 30% of our DSL customers and can
not be done overnight (or we would have done so), and each DSL
customer affected will have an outage lasting between 30 seconds and 5
minutes.

If you are a DSL customer, and if you notice a loss of connectivity
for more than 5 minutes, and a reboot of your DSL modem did not bring
back your connectivity, please contact us using the information at the
bottom of this message.

Support can be reached Monday thru Friday from 8:00am until 8:00pm,
Saturdays from 11:00am until 4:00pm via phone at 612-337-6340, or via
email at [log in to unmask]
