We took down web services at approximately 12:31AM on November 23rd
2008 and are in the process of restoring the backups onto the new
fileserver.
This is taking a little longer than expected and I'll keep sending
updates as the work progresses.
Support can be reached Monday thru Friday from 8:00am until 8:00pm,
