I got something in the snail-mail today about "Qwest Fiber-Optic Intenet*". Text at the corresponding asterisk indicates that the fiber goes only as far as the neighborhood terminal. Speeds and prices (though similarly adorned with asterisks) appear attractive compared to my 1mbps DSL connection. Does anyone have any experience with this service? Regards, Matt
