Early this morning 4/8/2010, one of the RADIUS authentication servers
in the cluster failed partway. It was up enough for monitoring not to
alert on it, and for the routers to try to use it, but it was not fully
letting some customers authenticate the rest of the way.

This would have affected random dialup & DSL customers from connecting
up if they weren't already connected from sometime in the middle of
the night until 8:30AM today. After 8:30AM, everything should be working 100%.

We'll watch this server closely for further problems and take
corrective actions if required.

If you have any problems or questions please let us know at

Thank you.
