At 1:12:50PM today, 5/11/2010, one of our core routers rebooted after a year+ of uptime after its last code update. It came back up immediately, but for a few minutes, routing shifted around automatically to compute the new routes required to reach everywhere on the Internet. During the route recomputing time, customers may have experienced temporary failures to reach destinations, while trying again would gone right through. Others may not have experienced any problems at all. We'll continue to monitor this router to see if any further problems develop and address them as needed. If you have any problems or questions please let us know at [log in to unmask], or call us up at 612-337-6340. Thank you. -- Doug McIntyre <[log in to unmask]> -- ipHouse/Goldengate/Bitstream/ProNS -- Network Engineer/Provisioning/Jack of all Trades
