At 10:30AM 5/5/2010, our monitors alerted us that we were receiving no
data via our Qwest MOE connections for our Qwest MOE Internet Access customers.

Our gear is up, the circuits are up, but no data is passing to us from Qwest.

Our other MOE connections from other telcos are up, so this is
specific to just Qwest MOE connected customers.

We have calls going on now into Qwest to determine what is going on. 
We will update status once we know more about what Qwest is doing.
