The latest update is that traffic is mostly passing, but our MOE customers
we are in contact with are reporting that the connection is flapping
and going up and down periodically.
Our feeds from the Qwest MOE links are just about normal traffic
levels now, so things are mostly recovered, but there are some
outages here and there as Qwest stabilizes.
We'll continue to bug Qwest about is happening, and a fix to get it
100% stable.
