And after lots of digging and rebooting it does end up being a
hardware fault that is causing a problem.

This is going to take some extra work and maintentance.  While this is
being worked on, we will leave BGP (external routing protocol)
inactive on this router.

The hardware fault is one of the storage devices in the routing engine
component is going bad and that is causing the router to reboot and
creating these service interruptions.

One of us will send out more updates as we continue working a
solution.
