On Wed, 7/14/2010, starting at 12:30AM, we will be moving some cabling
related to the change this morning (we had planned on a different
course of action than what was required, thus the original blip
happening during the day instead of later at night in a maintenance window).
This will only be a minute, while the routing tables recalculate
during the switch in and out. Traffic won't be totally affected, but
there will be a bump here and there while the tables are updating.
After this, we will be all done changing the routing core for a bit.
