CNS would provide the SFPs for the Gig connections.  However, we would
ask the participants who request 10Gig to provide the X2 optics.  We'll
provide 10Gig modules for CNS and the State of Minnesota.

I'm not sure what you mean by the "carrier optic"?  Do you mean the
cross-connect from FWR?  If so, we would expect the participant to
provide that.  Or, do you mean the connection to the copper MICE switch?
