Jay, Yes, I'm happy to offer TIES facilities for the meeting. I've reserved the Larpenteur Room from 3 to 7 (I'd expect we'll be done before that but we have the room). I may change the room based on whether or not beer is brought in or based on the expected attendance. There are bars close to here so we have options for socializing afterwards, too. Here is some info on the facilities: http://ties.k12.mn.us/Facilities.html. We have video and audio conference bridges available, and can bring in an H323 video cart to the meeting room. We're at the southwest side of the intersection of Snelling and Larpenteur, north of the State Fairgrounds. We have plenty of parking on the west and south sides of the building. The meeting rooms are best reached via the training center entrance on west side of the building under the skyway. . The address is also in my signature.
