Yep, could be an issue but one I don't really worry about much.

No peer - no problem, though technically this should not be an issue, but
company policy is company policy and we all make our own.

If HE doesn't wanna bi-laterally peer with ipHouse, so be it, they'll
still be receiving my monies on my full-port-purchase.
