I don't think the $1250 is too hard to raise but it might be hard to explain to a donor about how things are split up. On the MICE side, we ended up scrapping it in favor of just getting traffic going. Just getting people to connect is a big challenge. So when are your connections coming in to MICE? :) You could drop a shared ethernet line in from MKE (and MadIX) and use our route servers and exchange traffic....
