I’m guessing someone else here is using Cogent – from 11:42 to 12:28 today everything going over cogent suffered pretty bad loss.  My physical and logical infrastructure to MICE is the same as to cogent, and my MICE traffic was unaffected.  Did anyone else notice anything like this?
