Might be coincidence, but we had a big fiber cut (AT&T/TA 288 ct + DOT 36 ct) in the Madison area yesterday afternoon. I know BoreasNet got taken out headed up towards EauClaire, so maybe they are in that same fiber cable headed that way on the Interstate.
