I've got a customer moving into a building where the building owners/management is attempting to enforce carrier exclusivity; they are in bed with another carrier. I already have the customer's other two sites on-net. This would be a third, new site. My fiber is just outside of the building, and I want to be in it. The owners of the company (my customer) have a pretty strong hand, and are looking for verbiage to add to the lease basically stating they can use whatever carrier they want. Does anyone have something like this handy? Thanks!
