If the servers are using NEMA 5-20P plugs (20A), we should make sure that we are not
overloading any of the PDUs based on the number of servers and their actual load.

20P plugs are one horizontal and one vertical. If they have two vertical prongs, then
they are NEMA 5-15P plugs which are much more likely on servers that are not
drawing very high amperages.
