This is normally not an issue.
Increased latency during rebuild has caused some issues with some
virtual machines for a small percentage of customers.
I am double checking all virtual machines right now to make sure they
are online and operational.
One item that was affected is that the database server for customer
virtual HTTP hosting was offline for approximately 30 minutes.
