Services affected (warnings or errors): Email reception from the Internet for final delivery on our email cluster. Reason for service degradation: The process that handles doing lookups on per-user realtime black listing (RBL) queries stopped answering requests. This server process was written in-house and hasn't been a problem in the past and we never wrote any type of service checking into it. Obviously that will need to change. Issue resolved at 10:37am.
