Services affected (warnings or errors): Database services handled by our web cluster were unavailable for about 13 minutes (3:04pm until 3:17pm) Reason for service degradation: Our database server went offline and I had to issue a reboot to it. Upon reboot it decided it needed to do a filesystem check (fsck) before it would continue. This took a few minutes to complete. Issue resolved at 3:17pm. All services are online and database services for our web cluster are available once again.
