Group, I have a room at the Holiday Inn tentatively reserved. Arvig is willing to cover the room and a couple Hors d'oeuvre trays. We can have a cash bar brought into the room, unless someone else wants to cover that. The questions I have before I make this all final is will enough members be able to make it and can we get the word out for enough potential members to come for it to be worth it? Maybe it won't make sense to do any of the real agenda, but more of a "come join the exchange" type of deal. We probably need to do it earlier in the even given potential dinner plans with vendors and such. The room can be ready at about 5pm. Open to ideas, or whether we even want to pursue the Fargo option. Sounds like we need to make a decision soon with some peoples schedules and to get some form of presentation ready.
