As long as it's not peak hours I think Arvig could definitely contribute
some bandwidth.  We were just discussing this yesterday.

I'm not sure. They asked who was in the building that could provide
bandwidth.

The content is pre-cached off-hours so it should be pretty efficient.
As I understand they can provide fill from another appliance as well.
