Yes. it’s back now but there was an issue for ~12 minutes.
Trouble has been reported to their NOC.

Anybody just experience an issue with HE? It was like our advertisements were getting out, through them, but no traffic was coming in via them, for about 10 minutes, starting at about 12:10.
