Reason for service degradation:
Bug in fibre/channel driver causes problems.
We haven't seen this bug raise its head yet so patching early before
it does happen.
Only small I/O interruptions while we patch standby controllers then a
controlled failover and we'll patch the once-primary controller
afterwards.
Only a single failover will be done and interruptions will be very
short.
