Reason for service degradation: With our recent SAN event from our Dell Compellent SAN, we started the process of moving those fiber-channel LUNs over to our newer production storage. This triggered a bug that needed to be addressed ASAP as the bug was causing HA (high-availability) events to occur creating repeated outages. This is now resolved. We are still going through systems looking for any problems, and remediating them if need be. So far, over the last 30 minutes, none have been found but we aren't going to stop until every virtual machine has been looked at (we just look to make sure they are running, we *may* do a clean reboot if it is warranted but by default we are very conservative about such things).
