The switch port is up so I'd guess it has power but there are no bits coming in so I'd assume the OS isn't up.

I lost my BGP session to the #1 server 9 minutes ago and currently no ping/arp/nd for ipv4 and ipv6. Everything else looks fine.

Anyone seeing this or know if something is going on with the server?
