As of about 12:35-1:00PM, things look to be much better on the modem
banks. Eventis switched timing sources over to something else, and our
modem dialups seem to be connecting and staying online as opposed to 
before where many people timed out waiting for it to finally connect in.

We think the issues are solved, but certainly let us know of any
dialup issues you may encounter so we can further troubleshoot. 

We'll continue to monitor our equipment for any strange goings on,
but overall things look better to us.
