Yes there was, but that came out Tuesday evening, at least that is when 
I got it on my phone.  So, a big uptick at 11:00 today doesn't seem 
right to me for the iOS updated.  I did a little looking, and didn't 
find anything obvious, to point to what it is.  At first I though it 
might be our Akamai cluster went off-line or something, but that wasn't it.
