Anyone that buys or peers with us who did not receive notice of the maintenance (and wants
future notices) should send a request to [log in to unmask] requesting to be notified of future
maintenance events.

To amplify what Reid said, any time you see any issue with your HE peering or transit, please
email [log in to unmask] and we will work to address it promptly.
