After converting our L2 interface (used for new IP scheme cutover) to L3 all peers are up and I am able to ping both route servers and other peers at MICE.

I can see both route servers from here (AS13746), along with these next-hops.
(I don't see anyone on the CNS switch.) But I also don't see ipHouse or Atomic Data...and all 3 of us are on the main switch.
